Aerial Sling (Int+)

Service Description
This class will explore theory, develop strength, and regulate flexibility as we build skills and transitions in the aerial sling. It is open to aerialists ages 14+ who are comfortable with at least two of the six skills: inversion from standing, harness, hip key, multi-step poses, micro drops, or foot wraps. Class sizes are small, and several options for modifications and advancements will be included for a customizable and personable experience.

Class refunds are available up to 2 hours before class time. Please review satellitedance.com/participation to prepare for class. All participants must sign a waiver before practice.
