About the event
Join us for an intermediate/advanced aerial sling flow! Participants must be comfortable with inversions and multi-step poses. The class begins with a dance party-style warm-up followed by conditioning skills. It culminates in a dynamic aerial sling combination, followed by a gentle cool-down to complete the experience.
